By purchasing a Bugpaws™ subscription (“Purchase Option”), you agree to the following terms regarding billing, cancellations, and modifications.
🔁 Subscription Billing
Bugpaws™ subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout (e.g., monthly).
Your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
❌ Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for your next order, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
If a cancellation request is made after this window, the upcoming order may still be processed and shipped.
🔄 Modifications
You may update or modify your subscription at any time, including:
- Skipping a delivery
- Changing delivery frequency
- Updating shipping information
All changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
📦 No Returns on Subscription Orders
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, subscription orders are not eligible for return or refund once shipped, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
⚠️ Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed:
- We may attempt to retry the charge
- Your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment is not completed
🛑 Termination
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any subscription at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
